Transcript & Duplicate Diploma Requests

Any current student who needs a transcript sent to a college should complete the online transcript request form below.  You must be logged in with your student email to access the link.  Please allow at least two weeks to process transcript requests. There is no charge for current students.

Former students may request a transcript by calling the West High main office at 423-581-1600 during school hours. Transcripts are $5.00 each. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to process transcript requests.
